1. Reception of your request

Once we receive your request with any useful documents, a file is prepared for our medical director.

2. Selection of the best specialists, elaboration of a treatment plan & a quotation

Based on your case, we select with the medical board the best specialists and the most suitable clinic. We elaborate then a treatment program and a cost estimation.

3. Discussion, Approval & Prepayment

Once your approval obtained, the clinic asks for a prepayment before arrival to confirm all the details of your medical treatments. The remained balance, if applicable, is refunded at the end of your stay.

4. Visa assistance & stay arrangements

We send you an invitation letter and any requested documents for your visa (if needed). We arrange accommodation, transportation and any other services.

6. Personal assistance, medical interpretation & accompaniment during all your medical stay

On request, we assist you during your medical appointments and act as a medical interpret if needed. Translation is very important to avoid misunderstanding, to reduce communication barriers between practitioner and patient and to improve safety and optimal patient care. We can be at your side at every stage: diagnosis, medical visits, treatments, surgeries, and aftercare. We can also assist for any other demand.
